Thaçi speaks in general terms on the effects of Donors' Conference

Prime minister of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi in his speech at the third high level Forum for Coordination of Donors, said that Kosovo today is a very different country from back in 2008, when the Donors Conference was held in Brussels.
