Thaçi: EULEX will be announced debatable if it will not be deployed in north

The Prime Minister of Kosova, Hashim Thaçi, said today that EULEX will begin its mission on December 9, and it will be deployed as well in north Mitrovica, whereas Kosovas citizens and institutions will announce it as debatable mission if EULEX will not be deployed in the whole territory of Kosova in its first day.
