Serbs in the north will reportedly go ahead with local elections

Serbian media are reporting that regardless of the fact that Belgrade has not support the holding of local elections in Kosovo, and that this was also opposed by the international community, these elections will go ahead, Sunday, in Zvecan and Zubin Potok.
