EUSR bogar disappointed with parliament's decision to retain articles 37 and 38

The EU Special Representative and Head of EU Office in Kosovo, Samuel bogar, has expressed his disappointment with the decision of the Assembly of Kosovo to retain in the Criminal Code articles 37 and 38 which undermine the freedom of the media.
