Activist of Lëvizje Vetëvendosje! (Movement Self-determination) wrote “Unfair” at the entrance to the UNMIK building, in the industrial zone toward Fushë Kosovo, Tuesday morning, around the time of arrival to Kosovo of the U.N. Secretary General, Ban Ki-Moon.
