Thaçi: The dialogue with Serbia cannot continue before agreements are implemented

Previously, all agreements reached in Brussels between Kosovo and Serbia have to be implemented, and only then we may be looking at the possibility of continuing the dialogue, Prime Minister of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi said, following his meeting, Tuesday, with the U.N. Secretary General, Ban Ki-Moon.
