Baroness Catherine Ashton will be mediating Pristina-Belgrade dialogue

High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Baroness Catherine Ashton, will be the mediator in talks between Serbia and Kosovo, a dialogue that is expected to be launched in September, it has been confirmed by the head of the Department fo South-East Europe of the German Foreign Ministry, Nicolas Lambsdorf.
