Hundreds of MUP members active in the North, EULEX Sparkes says

Serbia has not fulfilled all the requirement of the European Commission to start the negotiations on European Union membership, while several hundreds members of the Serbia’s MUP (Ministry of Internal Affairs), still function in the north of Kosovo, deputy-head of EULEX, Andy Sparkes.
