Election fraud tarnished 2012 elections and led the country to six months of institutional impasse, a consequence that Kosovo is still suffering, it was said during a debate over the reforms of electoral system, organized by the Forum 2015.
President Atifete Jahjaga during a meeting with the Head of the OSCE Mission in Kosovo Jean-Claude Schlumberger said that municipal elections in Kosovo this year will be held within the legal deadline, whereas OSCE will play its role in the election process.
The fact that there is already full willingness of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to finance a large number of infrastructural projects in Kosovo is encouraging, minister of Infrastructure Fehmi Mujota said on Tuesday after the meeting with the head of EBRD office Antoni Kobakov, in Pristina.
High Education institutions in Kosovo, apart from the University of Prishtina, lack research and scientific achievements, it was said at a round table organized by Political Courage Center and the University of Prishtina.
