Licensees shall not provide pass-through access to the KosovaLive Web site via their own Web Sites.
5. Licensees may edit KosovaLive material or use only portions of a particular KosovaLive news report, but when doing so licensees must preserve the editorial integrity of KosovaLive in accordance with internationally accepted journalistic standards.
6. Licensees agree to provide appropriate credit to KosovaLive in print and/or on-air in accordance with internationally accepted standards for news agency material.
7. A licensee agrees to print and/or broadcast reasonable corrections and/or clarifications that KosovaLive may provide to rectify significant errors in KosovaLive stories that have been published or broadcast by the licensee. Licensees agree not to publish or broadcast a KosovaLive news story if they receive reasonable advance notice that the story has been "killed" for any reason by KosovaLive editors
8. Licensees and subscribers shall protect the confidentiality of username and password provided to them by KosovaLive. Licensees and subscribers agree not to disclose the username and/or password to any third party and licensees assume liability for any breach of KosovaLive's copyright that results from allowing or facilitating unauthorized access to KosovaLive material.
9. KosovaLive is not liable to subscribers/licensees or any third party for damages resulting from the use of KosovaLive material. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of Kosova.
