Election fraud tarnished 2012 elections and led the country to six months of institutional impasse, a consequence that Kosovo is still suffering, it was said during a debate over the reforms of electoral system, organized by the Forum 2015.
President Atifete Jahjaga during a meeting with the Head of the OSCE Mission in Kosovo Jean-Claude Schlumberger said that municipal elections in Kosovo this year will be held within the legal deadline, whereas OSCE will play its role in the election process.
Minister of European integration Vlora Çitaku received Ambassador of Japan in Vienna Shigeo Iwatani, who discussed about the current developments in Kosovo, its international consolidation, promotion of the dialogue with Serbia and for strengthening the cooperation between Kosovo and Japan.
